I'm planning to attempt GMAT to apply for IMT. IMT accepts GMAT scores until last of Feb. Provided I secure enough marks, what are my chances of applying in late Feb ?

I have cat percentile of 89.85 and work ex of 20 months. Now i know that cutoff is usually 90 for cat. Just wanted to confirm if the cutoff with workex is lower ? Please reply honestly as i am considering for this college but i don't want to fill for it if there is no chance at all
