Hey. Do IIT kanpur also considers diversity and give least preference to GEM ( general, engineer, male). I just cleared cutoff with good acads and a year work ex. Do I have a chance to convert ? Please specific the admission process.

Sir inspite of successful payment, and after waiting for more than 2 days my payment status is not changing to payment completed. I have attached the screenshot.
