I have submitted the complete application with the fees but did not receive any confirmation mail and payment status is stilll incomplete even though money has already been deducted from my account,

I had applied for mba program and paid the fee as well. But it didnt get reflected in the application form. But i got a mail from the college saying that my amount is received along with the transaction details. I waited for 1day. Still the status in my application is shown as payment pending. Please suggest me, what I should do now?
I received a mail with this subject "This is to let you know that you have not completed your application
(payment or otherwise) for the MBA program at IIT Kanpur. We do appreciate
your interest in the program and request you to complete your application
in a timely manner as the portal is bound to close soon. " .
Even though my payment is complete which was confirmed in earlier mail

In the application form, semester marks are asked but my university does not provide any marks, it provides only grades as O,E,A,etc alongwith CGPA. It also provides a CGPA to percentage conversion formula from which I can calculate percentage but 'marks obtained' and 'Total marks' can not be calculated. What should I put in those fields ?

When will the GDPI shortlists be out?
Despite of mailing and calling the admission office multiple times, I've not received any response to my query. I submitted the complete application along with fees on January 27. It showed in my bank statement but did not reflect on the portal ( which now shows up as cannot pay now). The fees have been refunded in my account. I've mailed the screenshot of the payment. Please help me out with the same.

Hi Team, I received the shortlist mail stating my interview date as Thursday, 29th March. But 29th March is Friday. Can you please confirm if I should be considering the date or day as the actual one. Also if accomodation is booked, will it be provided only to me or can any one person accompany me
