Hey Adcom, I have withdrawn the fees from IIM-Raipur on 6th. By when can I expect the refund please?

In the offer letter it is mentioned that we can withdraw our admission before 10/06/2020 5.00pm and processing fee of 1000 will only be deducted. Why is the last date of accepting offer and withdrawal same? What if we withdraw later, how much will be deducted?
