I tried paying the offer acceptance fee through your portal link given in the mail.

I initiated the transaction but it wasn't able to complete due to some bank server issues. 

Now, when I login into the portal it shows me no option to fill the fees but instead there is an option to "Download Payment Receipt". When I click that button it open ups a Blank pdf page. 

I have attached the screenshot of my portal and also the Pdf file for your reference. 

Please do resolve the issue at the earliest as the last date to fill the offer acceptance fees is 5 June 2020.

What should be my way forward ?

@Adcom, please tell if there are any buffer calls(more candidates given admission calls than number of total seats) also given by assuming that some of those who are offered admission may go to other higher offers.

I have paid my acceptance fees and then I am redirected to a window where an offer letter of 16-18 is being shown. I hope that is some technical glitch. Also when I tried to mail iim Raipur about this issue, it is showing the email address doesn't exist. My offer mail was in spam box. I really need to know was my payment successful. Any information about this would be of much help. TIA
