In the confirmation mail it's written to join on 7th July with DD for the first trimester fees. Is it possible to get the loan before that so that first trimester fees we can take from bank.
Also how many days does it take for the loan sanctioning and is it smooth..?

I have sent application for withdrawal of admission to IIM Kashipur (directed to the chairperson of admissions) on 21st of May, 2016. This was before the supposed last date of 22nd of May. However I haven't received any confirmation or acknowledgement from the admissions office regarding the receipt of my application or the refund process, so far. I tried calling the admissions office but the call failed to connect each time due to some sort of electrical disturbance. Hence, I can't get in touch with them. Can someone give me a different number for the admissions office or any clarity on as to what I should do now?
I have sent scanned copy of DD, also mailed the scanned copy of acceptance form to admission.iimkashipur.ac.in and have also sent the hard copy of acceptance form and DD to the mentioned address. Till when can I expect a confirmation mail about acceptance form been delivered? Seniors, please help.
