This is not made clear so far. Which experience will be counted? One in CAP form or one in CAT form?
Do new iims will be normalizing old iims WAT/PI score or will be taking them as it is???
I am rejected by iim indore (my only call from old iim)..does it mean i will also get rejected from new iims..?

When will kashipur share scores yar.... Seniors from kashipur please contact AO office and let us know so that we stop speculating please no more tentative dates and so all... We as aspriants are tired of hearing this ...we know the process is hectic and takes time but how much 1,2months?? It's been 3 months isn't it? So pleaseplease cooperate
For those who've given interviews for 9 new IIMS together, (Amritsar, Kashipur, Ranchi etc) will they have to check out individual websites for the results as to which college they've gotten into? It's my first time so I'm really unaware. Thanks
i just called iim udiapur ao and he said most probably result will be declared at this weekend as iim kashipur has shared the wat-pi score.
Since the results of new iims is around the corner... and before people get biased over the choice of selection... I am putting up this query.
Profile : 4 years+ in IT. Want to avoid IT after MBA. My CTC is also on a bit higher side. Hence choosing MBA is based solely on placements+internship+ROI.
here is the convert I have in hand:
MDI PGPIM (International management) : average : 16.5 fees : 23-24 lack(depends... Could be lower if I secure internship in europe)
Options I am looking for + research done till yet:
Iim Ranchi: average : 14.xx good placement show( only thing I don't like is no of companies visiting campus reduced to 40%.. But hoping for enhanced placement near future)
Iim Udaipur: avg 12.91....2nd highest placement . city of palace ;)
Iim kashipur : because they have Corbett :p and industrial belt for live projects.
(Increase intake may affect placement)
Iim Raipur: capital of state. Good connectivity. (Increase intake may affect placement)
Iim rohtak : NCR proximity for placements.
Iim trichy : avoiding... Don't wanna go south.( but they are performing well and decent placement +proximity to Bangalore+ iim k)
Please help me in taking ....... Probably the most important decision of my career.

Cat :-89.9 obc Btech EC 2013 67/69/65 2+ yr experience of my own startup. Selected in Irma ,IMT and IIM Nagpur. Result awaited for other new IIMs. Please help me to choose one out of these colleges. I'm also selected as Income Tax Inspector under SSC CGL.

The only bright side ..It being so late......ppl around me have already gone into sympathy mode assuming I dint make it this year = Free meals and free movies.
Guys lets calm down.
1. Most of the colleges-xlri,ximb,mdi,etc dont declare a date, they give a timespan, sometimes the results are declared before, sometimes during that time, sometimes afterwards. So its nothing new from new IIMs point of view. 2. IIMABC deals with 700 odd students right? thats what i know. Whereas new IIMs are dealing with 8000 odd students. 3. The only cause of concern is we gave interviews i feb, but didnt get the results yet, this is because they do some analysis after the older IIMs have declared the results. 4.i see few of u guys are really aggressive/rude towards the adcom members, this is not done. They r just like us. why will the admission team share important infos with the students? 5.my suggestion to all of u is to keep calm and wait, its not in our hands anymore, we have done our best, lets just wait for few more days. Getting aggressive wont help anyone here.. CHEERS!

Since, i have a borderline score its less likely, that i convert in the first list. So can i know, as per last year's trend, when would second list be declared ? Or when would the second Lot of students, be mailed their admits ? TIA
