What is this expression of interest fees that Bodh Gaya is asking for? Is it for people who have converted or those who are waitlisted?

Candidates Kindly Note !!
Results are of three types -
Type 1: EoI, once students will deposit the EoI, they will receive provisional admission offer next day.
Type 2: WL-EoI - they are in the WL and they are required to deposit 10k. on 17th, for those candidates we will issue WL number.
Type 3: WL, they are not in the WL-EoI currently, we will update the status on 17th based on the updates from type1 and type2.

i got this as the status, this means am i selected or waitlisted, since ‘waitlist’ wording is missing, i’m confusing. pls clarify? which type i’m in?

Is there anyone who has received the mail from IIM Bodh Gaya regarding EOI for waitlist.As they have mentioned that they will send a mail by 11 pm to students who are under EOI waitlist.

I got my OBC Certificate on 31st January 2022. Since the CAP Portal asks for an updated OBC Certificate dated on or after 1st April’ 2022 do I have to get it renewed.?
As per policies in Bihar, a certificate is Valid for a year, and since mine was updated few months ago, it is difficult for me to get it updated as of now. What should I do.? Please help.

Attention Candidates!!
Mails have been sent to Candidates who belong to Type 1. For Candidates in Type 2 Category mails are still being sent out.
Refund Rules
For candidates who’ll pay 10,000 as EOI and in case they don’t get the offer, whole 10,000 will be refunded.
For candidates who got the offer after paying the EOI, and they reject the offer, we will deduct 1,000 and refund 9,000.
