Laasya- Cultural Committee at IFMR GSB organized All-e-wood night.
Every student at IFMR celebrated the evening by getting their filmy style out. Students came dressed as their favorite movie characters. Event was filled with Ramp Walk, Bollywood Style Dance followed by Performances by varied clubs of IFMR. Not just the winners but each student felt the vibe of the evening to be one of much joy and laughter. It was an amazing evening and a memorable experience for all.

Is Women in Business Club solely about women? This club at IFMR GSB asks us to think again.
The Women in Business Club of IFMR GSB recently organised a fun-filled event named Mystique to promote, empower, and enable the cohorts to become stronger leaders and foster a gender-equal corporate culture in their professional careers.
The rounds included quizzes on various aspects of the business world and beyond. The event had a total of 46 teams, with two members each and concluded with three winning teams in the final round. Altogether it was a fun-filled and engaging event.
With a passion to work in Banking Management, Shivani Prakash from Cohort of 2023 is placed at the prestigious investment bank, Société Générale. She shares her experience about getting placed in the Department of Market Risk as an Analyst and she walks us through the selection process and her preparation strategy.

“Love the giver more than the gift”.
IFMR celebrated Christmas by giving the light of love to the people who truly needs it. Wishes of kids were collected by a nearby orphanage and were hung on the tree. Students with a lot of enthusiasm came together in fulfilling the wishes and became secret santa to the little kids.
IFMR appreciates the love and kindness showed by the students.
Sourab Ghoshal from the Cohort of 2024 shares his desire to put his theoretical knowledge to practice. To do so, he got an opportunity to intern with JP Morgan as a Credit Risk Analyst. He further shares about his excitement to work with such a prestigious organisation. He aims to strengthen his soft skills and wishes to inculcate a culture of discipline relevant at workplace.
