Hi,
I just paid my installment 1(b) fee for the BDA program through the Qfix portal and before payment there was an Qfix reference number generated and after payment there isn’t any receipt available as of now. But the money was debited from the bank account and it is still showing that payment is due.
Is there an time delay in updating and generating the receipt by the system?

Paid the 1(a) instalment and filled the requisite form.

Hey @Sukriti_Rani,

You would only need to pay 25k and the waitlist will be activated for both programmes.While making the payment, you will be shown only one programme, but the payment will be applicable for both programmes.

Hello,

So, I have been offered Admission in PGDM (HCM) and wait list in PGDM general, Where I have to pay 50K for the former and 25K for the latter, according to clause 1a.

I was interviewed in Jan in the elite round but wasn’t given spot offer, and was waiting since. I also scored decent scores in GMAT and XAT. In the mean while I have started this new project on basis of a strategic partnership with a company, which will require my attention. and I have a pending Knee surgery which would render me bed ridden for 2 months.

Now my queries are:

  1. Can I differ my candidature for the next academic year?
    I have no other college or institutions applications etc. lined up. Just GIM. And am willing to pay some fee for blocking admission for next year.

  2. If I pay up the fee as per 1a, until when do I have before I can withdraw from the registration? i.e. when is the deadline for withdrawal post payment before registration?

  3. What is the process of withdrawal of and request refund?

A) Will we be receiving the payment confirmation email post the successful payment of Fee Instalment 1a.
B) What is the start date of the program PGDM 2023-25.
C) If possible, request you to share the last date for the paying the Fee Instalment 1b, post the payment of the Fee Instalment 1a.
D) If I choose not to accept the offer after paying the Fee Instalment 1a, by emailing the withdrawal of my application to the email ID: [email protected], will I be receiving confirmation email regarding the same. What is the last date until which we are allowed to withdraw the application with full refund of Instalment 1a after the deduction of the processing fee.

Did someone pay the 25k waitlist fee? Did you get the waitlist no. Or a date for confirmation of admission after that?

I did but there has been no mail from GIM regarding this. They will most probably release the waitlist no. or movement list after 10th

I agree. Logically, they would need to know how many have finally shown their keenness to continue with GIM. All uninterested in the waiting list would get filtered out and then looks like that a list would emerge may be on 11 April.

I have applied through xat & cmat, and was shortlisted for interview for bifs and bda program and got waitlisted for bifs program. Now if I pay 25k for bifs and later after cmat clear cutoff for core program, will I be eligible to receive offer for core then? Or if I pay I loose chance to get offer for core program?

I would also like to know that If I clear cutoff through CMAT for Core program:

1)Do I stand a chance to get offer for core program?
2) If yes, will there be another seperate Interview for core program (as earlier i had interview for bda & Bifs) ?

I am really unhappy with the execution of admission procedures conducted by GIM, the zoom link for the webinar pertaining to admissions enquiry has some participants limit and I am unable to join it.

Just attended the session, we most probably will be getting our waitlist numbers by 12-13th April
