What is the maximum waiting period after the PI , to get a mail regarding spot interview? Do we get it the same day or will it take a couple of days?

Hello @AdarshAK ! Could you please tell me when the formal offer letter for the BDA-MBA program will be released? I had my Achiever’s round interview on January 29th, 2022, and I received my offer letter the same day in Delhi. After that, I took my GAAT on 5th Feb and met the CAT guidance score as specified in the offer letter I received on January 29th, 22. I am hoping no more process is due from end. Could you please tell me when I might expect an official offer letter email from your end?
When should I expect the result of my spot interview for PGDM-HCM, which took place on 7th March?

Dear Aspirants,
We are writing to bring to your notice that GIM has recently released offers for some of the candidates who have completed the interview process for the regular round.
Please note that the rest of the candidates are still being evaluated and are in process. The offers are being given in a phased manner. You shall receive an email notification about your application status by 31st March 2023.
Please note that the offers to the programmes are granted based on the choice exercised by the candidate. A candidate can be considered for Admission in only one of the full-time programmes, and acceptance of Admissions in any of the programmes renders candidates ineligible for Admissions to other full-time programmes at GIM.

hey @AdarshAK I’ve got the spot offer admission letter mail today.
When are we getting full break-up of fees apart from depositing 50K.
On searching to pay fees it shows“ user not registered ”.
Are the offer for BDA students of regular round also out?

Will giving selection letters before the evaluation of all candidates do not affect the objective evaluation procedure for the regular candidates as or is there some fixed number of seats for the spot offers.
