I havenât received any mail regarding not being selected. Does that mean I am on the waiting list? Or I am not selected for the program?

Only the eligible candidates received emails regarding their selection from the first merit list yesterday. Similarly only the waitlisted candidates will receive email regarding their status in the queue.
If a candidate doesnât receive any email related to merit list and waitlist, then chances are he/she has not been selected.
Since the release of waitlist is pending, no one is out of the admissions process as of yet.

The incorporation of CMAT into this yearâs admissions process will be decided after NTA announces the result date. The calls that have been sent on 18th April are based on GMAT, CAT and XAT scores.

Can we get an estimate date when the merit lists for core and bda will be announced. As the payment dates for other colleges are coming up but Iâm really hoping to get into GIM.
I understand managing admission process is complex but wish to get informed soon. Eagerly waiting for merit list to get released.

I guess you are asking about the waitlist since the calls of first merit list for all the programmes already went out on 18th April.
The details regarding waitlist are not finalised yet. Youâll be communicated as soon as theyâre finalised.

Received mail from GIM regarding Spot Offer to BDA program , Can you tell if this offer includes Access scholarship as well . If we donât accept this offer will we get admission for PGDM core

Candidates who gets converted from the Spot Offer are eligible for the ACCESS scholarship under the certain terms and conditions. More details regarding the same can found in the link below:
Coming to the second part of your query, if you do not accept the BDA spot offer, then your application will be considered for the PGDM core programme but your selection will depend on your overall merit score.
