Sorry, I am bit confused. I wanted to ask if director’s round of Achiever’s round, which was going to be conducted after 28-31st jan interviews, are done or not? 
Submitted my application in early december.

Yes the director’s round was conducted from 5th to 8th February.

I gave the interview for the achievers round, but was not shortlisted for the spot round.
Do I need to give separate interview for the regular round?
I also applied for PGDM-BDA, do I need to give a separate interview for that as well?

The achievers’ round for the eligible applicants who applied after 20th December, 2021 are expected to be conducted in the last week of February. The emails for the same will be rolled out this week tentatively.

The PGDM-BDA programme has profile-based shortlisting and does not have any cut-off criteria for GAAT exam as such. However, a higher score in GAAT increases your chances of getting shortlisted for the subsequent rounds.

The GAAT percentiles vary every year depending upon the overall performance of the test takers and several other factors. However, as I mentioned earlier in a reply, a high percentile in GAAT does increase your chances of getting shortlisted.
