Hello admission team, I request the admission to consider a alternative for cmat which is feasible instead of just telling the students for appearing gmat. There are other options available as well. You can consider NMAT which I think a lot of aspirants must have appeared for. The decision of considering GMAT is not fair as lot of students who were having hope GIM through CMAT. And now, all of a sudden, you cant ask a student to appear for GMAT which is expensive. Please consider this request. Thank you.
@smyamaan Sir, Please find the official notification by NTA dated 12th Feb 2021. They did mention here that CMAT is likely to be held by "March end or Early April".
Hence, the cutoff date of 12th April 2021 being mentioned is for candidates of achievers round or Regular Candidates (whose interviews are still remaining)?
As for regular round students, anyways Results do not seem to be out by 12th April 2021 (As per the time span of CMAT).
Request you to please devise an alternative for Regular Round aspirants.
The situation is worrisome and we hope a positive response of having an interview opportunity with GIM based on some alternative.
An alternative exam could be taken up or conditional offers can be given to CMAT aspirants and consider the CMAT scores later - an alternative which many colleges are considering. I am sure there can be many more alternatives to incorporate CMAT aspirants at the moment.

Are they giving a minute or a two after telling you the topic in order to frame your extempore speech before speaking in the i-talk round? And what should be the duration of the speech.
Hello Adcom Team, My request to Management is if HCM is totally Profile based call so why there is no option to Submit CMAT scores Later On. Atleast select and Take Interview for people on the Basis of Profile. "Everywhere its is said GIM HCM program is Profile Based" Now it's said that If CMAT doesn't announce results before prescribed date and class starts we will not be Considered. If CMAT is not giving results on time, What will Happen! will we be Rejected?

1.As i have applied for pgdm core through cat and cmat and i am not able to clear my cat cut off and so far i was relying on my cmat scores and now i have seen many comments regarding cmat from ur side that gim won't consider cmat scores if results will be delay what people like me who applied for pgdm core can do. do u have any other options for us or u rejected us already??
2. secondly, if i appear for gmat now is that gonna help me to get admission?? already its cost is too high so before investing i have to think about it alot that's why i just wanna make sure from ur side that u will accept that score or not.

Dear Aspirants,
We understand your concerns relating to CMAT examination and the way the scores would be considered for further shortlisting, but the dates on which CMAT would be held are still uncertain.
Without a definite date available, it is difficult to reach at any concrete conclusion. If CMAT results are available in the suitable timeframe with regards to the admission process, GIM will try to incorporate the results and consider the candidates applying through it.
We request you to have patience and wait until there is some valid information on the CMAT and it’s result.
Note: The latest email which you might have received is only for the candidates who have appeared for the Achiever's round. It doesn’t bear any connections to the regular round students.

I have applied for BDA and BIFS program (in which shortlisting is done only on the basis of profile) through CMAT 2021 only. I attended the GAAT exam for BDA, in which I secured 95%ile. Yet, I haven't received any call/email from the GIM admissions team regarding my interview process.
Haven't the interviews for profile based programs started yet? Or is delay in CMAT causing a problem with profile based programs too?
