I know my scores are low, but given a diverse profile, can I expect a call?

I gave my xat id and cmat application number while filling form and it's showing there in application form along with my cat Id..will this be suffice??..And just now I have checked thoroughly through my mail box,but sorry to inform you that I did not find any such mail regarding the last date to update xat or cmat roll number. Is gim reopen registration form on cmat score.
While i was filling the form of GIM it just asked my XAT ID and there was no option to submit my CAT ID OR CAT Score. Uptill now it hasn't asked to update CAT scorr as well.. Will GIM short list on XAT SCORE only or will it ask for CAT ID or Score in coming days?
The BDA course offers electives in Term IV and V as per the details mentioned on the institute's website.
So, would taking Finance electives for example, makes one eligible to sit for companies offering Finance roles as well?
I filled the form on 31 January and it only asked for my xat and CMAT details . I am not sure how the college will pull out the cat details as my cat details were not asked anywhere .
