If I convert BIFS Programme and pay fee for that, would I be considered for Core in further waitlist movements?

wht is the process of getting refund, i have reached out to admission team multipal time now?
Mid of may they are expecting
there is an official whatsapp group for all the converted students but not specific to HCM
anyone from Andhra or Telangana? and how and when are you guys planning to reach the campus.
Do i have to send my particulars? Or is it via invitations only?
I have recieved a spot offer for pgdm hcm and have taken admission!
I have not been added to any wp group thereafter.
There is a google form which you need to fill after that you will be verified and added.
If you know of anyone who have converted and have not been added to the group, please forward the given Google form link to them.

The current waitlist movement is (CAT/XAT & GMAT) :
PGDM: 60
BIFS: 21
No movement in HCM and BDA programmes.
We will post an announcement as and when further waitlist movement takes place. Selected candidates will get emails of their offer letters.

Not Received any mail regarding Updated WL no till. As per GIM admission they will inform by EOD today. Hope soo…
@AdarshAK - Hi Adarsh! Hope you’re doing well. I had informed the admissions team about my intent to withdraw from PGDM 2023-2025 on 19th April 2023. I’m yet to receive the refund for my application. Is there a time frame by which the refund will be processed?

We would like to inform you that the City Meets organised in Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, and Bangalore by Goa Institute of Management will only be open to candidates who have registered for the event and have received an email invite. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accommodate any walk-ins as we have made reservations based on the number of registered candidates only.
We kindly request parents who are accompanying their children to the venue to drop them off as it’s a student only meet. They will not be allowed to accompany them inside the hall.

Admissions team should mail a link to officially apply for a refund. I received the link roughly nine days after notifying about withdrawal.
