You’ll be required to present the following documents as proof of work experience:

  1. Work experience certificate(s) from your employer(s)
  2. Relieving certificate from your last employer, if any, OR Sponsorship letter/ Sabbatical letter from employer, as applicable
  3. Character certificate from the last/ previous employer.
    It is better to have payslips regarding your payments.But,if you do not have payslips,the college would require proof of your employment.Kindly write an email to [email protected] and write all the relevant details regarding the same.

no one can tell for certain. But based on past trends the probability is low for you to get through HCM. So better to keep options open for other colleges too
