Apart from the DD for the first installment and the undertaking, what other documents do I need to submit tomorrow ? And also the details of the DD needs to be submited after i have submited the DD in the college or can i update it right now?

The payment for first installment is to be made through the link mentioned or DD? As I opened the link mentioned in the mail the login page shows option for payment but doesn't proceed further.
