I have already booked my slot and received my call letter. Is it possible to change the description ( Why MBA ? ) now which was asked when booking the slot ?

i have some other interview clashing on the day of the interview with FORE, whom to mail and should i also attach the call letter of the other college of which the date of interview is same? I need the city to be same, would it be possible? When will I get the reply?

I had booked my interview slot for March 4th, Kolkata center. I had been shortlisted for another programme and so happens that the date and time clashes with Fore. Is there any provision to reschedule my interview now? Any input will be very helpful and much appreciated. Thanks in advance! :)
