Refund Policy : It is mentioned everywhere that Aicte guidelines will be followed, however, the timeline is not mentioned anywhere. If I deposit first instalment now and then apply for refund 2-3 weeks later, when will I get the money back and how much?

Hey! My waitlist number is 19 in PGDM. I couldnt convert it in the second list. What are the chances now? Could anyone tell the waitlist movement that happened today?
Someone pls explain, I want to do marketing, so if i take pgdm fm and dual spec marketing, then will i have to study fm for first year and then study marketing for 2nd year? pls explain dual spec if i take fm and marketing, I am not talking about core, talking about fm and marketing.

I have converted fore fm programme and waislisted for pgdm core. Is it compulsory to pay FM programme fees to remain in the admission process or i can pay the fees later when my core is converted as i am willing to persue core programme.
Is the total expense ( including living expenses and food) for the complementary international immersion program included in the fee structure ?
