What does dual specialisation exactly mean in FORE? Does that mean two majors? Or the same old one major and one minor?

Now that the lockdown has been extended so the payment of the second part of the first installment has to be done within 10 days from 18th may (assuming lockdown gets lifted on 18th) instead of 4th May?

Will the Waitlist release date change now as lockdown is extended ?? But please don't change it and release it on scheduled date and time, as many students are waiting
As per AICTE, PGDM course for existing students will start from 1st July and for newly admitted students, it'll start from 1st August. FORE also comes under AICTE right?
Last year fee at FORE was 14.98L if I not wrong and this year they increased fee by 1 lakh hence 15.98L but, according to the new AICTE circular institutes are not supposed to increase fee for 2020-21 academic year... Does this mean that fee will be reduced to 14.98L?
Is the result of FORE PGDM-IB out for batch 2020-2022 ?

I have made the subsequent payment of 2,99,500 and even sent the college a mail confirming the details. Do I have to mail the undertaking as well to the college?
There is a partial lockdown in my place. How the mail I have received for the payment of 2.99L state day count starts from today until may 13th? Is the payment date extended or how is it going to work? Please give further explanation on this.
