Writing this out of frustration...A friend of mine has some serious financial issues and he is waiting for IIT Roorkee...because each day delay is resulting in deduction of amount which he has paid for the other college..
I don't know why IIT Roorkee is not releasing subsequent lists on time, but it is too early to judge correct? Because every single time we ask, they have one single reason that they are working with limited capacity due to Covid. But was thinking just out of curiousity that other colleges of the same league or even tier-3 and tier-4 colleges are pretty much regular with their lists..aren't they? So, in case of IIT Roorkee don't know which wave of Covid has shattered the management, not sure about it. In case of third list there was again a delay of 8-9 days if i am not wrong, I think same will be for the fourth list too. Okay that's not the problem, the problem is of those student who have already paid for some or the other institute and they are loosing the money. If these guyz are not even able to manage a simple task of releasing lists, then don't know how will they teach management education. Also, the numbers they have provided on their website, suprisingly not even a single number is working. Really, having a serious doubt about these college's management.
I even understand that these lists are declared by college and the adcom members just notify us but here's the catch that even adcom members can question the college and the least they can do is notify us. But they don't even communicate here regularly. Because if they do, atleast it will calm all the frustrated students present in these group. Believe me, there are many frustrated students but they can't write these things freely on these group. I will add a poll in these message itself, just take a look how many students agree's with me.
Apology for my language and tone but you(Adcom) of all guyz should understand these because even you were in the same situation last year(provided you guyz didn't convert in the first merit list itself).
Looking forward to a positive response probably in the form of fourth merit itself or a timeline or atleast a soothing reply from adcom. It would be really appreciated.
