When will the shortlist be released?

I got a remainder mail for scrutiny for uploading documents however i couldn't find any details of what needs to be re uploaded When logged in to the portal it says re upload at UG marksheet and Degree certificate do I need to upload both or only degree ? Coz I think it's getting over written
