Do not worry regarding this. I will get back to both of you and let you know what needs to be done. Keep watching this space, GIM Helpdesk Space and my posts for further details.
hello, in gim admission helpdesk thread i was suggested to apply for feb cmat as well..but i was also informed that GIM is looking to sort out the issue for sept cmat applicants who were not able to apply for feb cmat...in this case i posted a query that this may result in same application submitted twice which may result in either rejection of one or both of them..hence there are still not a clear picture on this..please help
@kukreti1989 --> I will update about this to you tomorrow for sure.
@nisujju --> Your issue was with GD/PI Centre, ryt. That has been conveyed already to the management. They will fix it in few days. And then you can go ahead & apply.

hi avinash
i also have same problem as @kukreti1989 ..i also applied with sept cmat way back and was not able to select feb cmat option which is now available..for this i posted query in gim helpdesk thread for which the reply was that there will be seperate registration for feb cmat applicants hence i can apply thru that..but doing this may result in same applicant applying twice with same exam which i doubt may result in rejection of one or both of the applications..plz help

This issue has been conveyed to the management. It will be sorted out in few days. Really regret for this inconvenience.
As and when it is corrected, I will update it here and the GIM helpdesk Thread.
Puys !!I am not able to login with my SEPT credentials .. not even able to check my sept score card... Also for FEB are we supposed to Create a new User ID for registration... my sept id is not working while trying to login as existing user. And big question.... if we are supposed to create new user id... how will they consider best of two score ??? Does it mean i will get two seats cos of two score Anyone able to make sense of what AICTE is up to ?
@avinashkrjha : does this mean that people who have applied early to GIM vai sep Cmat will have to pay for Feb cmat also ...while those who have applied later will have to pay only once....?

No one has to pay twice.
You need to pay once only.. :)
If you have not yet applied, apply on or before 30th Nov to get a waiver of Rs 400/-

thanks avinash...according to the post what i understand that if we have applied to GIM by ticking only applying thru sept cmat and feb cmat option as unmarked then we will have the choice of selecting the gd pi center of our own choice...and instead of the feb cmat option as unmarked the feb cmat will be taken into consideration..which means if one got a call then his best of two cmat marks will be considered and if one doesn't then get a call on sept cmat score basis then his feb cmat marks will be evaluated irrespective of the thing that feb cmat option was not marked in application form??
isnt it so?? for us the problem was that we were not able to select the feb cmat option and it appears that it will be taken into consideration??please correct me if i am wrong in my understanding
