If you have already applied through Sep CMAT, you need not apply again through Feb CMAT.
For your XAT Score also to be considered, you need to apply again.
Btw, what is your Sep CMAT Score?

It will be like normal MBA with all focus to Health Care Sector and some specific electives based on that.
Placement could again be just like normal MBA in those companies where you can work in domain related to Health Care. It could be in IT Company, Manufacturing Company or any other company.
