As of now, apply to Goa Institute of Management. Last date is 31st Dec.
Once DTE comes with it's notification, you can register for that for the Maharashtra Colleges.
After CAT Results, you can decide for KJ-SOM and Wellingkar.. !!

You have put your query in the wrong thread.
Anyways, being NC-OBC and expecting 80-90, you stand a good chance for the Govt Institutes like few IIM's, FMS, NITIE, etc.
So apply to these colleges as per your interests.
GIM doesn't accept CAT Scores. It accepts XAT/CMAT Scores.

XISS (HR) --> Almost sure
IMT N/H --> Sure (But do confirm if they are accepting Sep Score or not)

Chances for PGDM Courses at Wellingkar and KJ-SOM could be a bit difficult at this score. For courses like PGDM FS, Retail, etc, there could be good chances. But not for PGDM/PGDM IB.
Last year, KJ-SOM did not accept CMAT Scores for PGDM Courses.
I am not aware of the cut off's for Wellingkar.
Give your best for Feb CMAT.. !!
