The 8th Convocation of Balaji Institute of Management & Human Resource development (BIMHRD) was held on 19th January 2014. Mr. Adarsh Mishra , Head HR, Panasonic India was the Chief Guest. The function was attended by the Dean Prof.(Col.) A Balasubramanian, Director Dr. G.Gopalakrishnan other directors of Sri Balaji Society, Parents, Senior batch and juniors.
In his convocation speech, Mr. Adarsh Mishra highlighted the importance of Discipline, Dedication, Determination the Mantras of Sri Balaji Society. He enlightened the convocation batch about the expectations of corporate from a management trainee. He also spoke about the values and ethics to be followed in the corporate career. Institute was also arranged a pre-convo party on 18th January evening with cultural show by seniors and juniors.

Hi, I scored 98.74 and got call from IIM S.
I want to know, will new IIM's take my WAT/PI scores from the IIM S interview ??
Coz I read somewhere that only IIM A B L K are going to assist them with the WAT/PI Process.
Please help out. I hope I get a separate interview for the new IIM's. 😟

Sorry for posting it here as it may be out of the context here ... But with hope that some of you will be able to provide me a proper guidance , I am writing it here ...
I tried too hard to get into a decent MBA college , I was okay with getting into an average college as well . But this CAT score just crushed my score too badly .. :(
Scoring just 53%ile in CAT , I am totally lost . But truly speaking it was my strong will to stand among the successful elite class and I wanted to pursue my MBA whole heartedly .
Wherever I am applying , I am getting a strict NO from all the colleges saying that I do not fulfill their cutoffs .Please suggest me guys how should I proceed , any college which short list people on the basis of profile(as I have 2.5 years work exp. in an MNC and B>tech from a prestigious college ) ? My parents won't allow me to enter any college just like that . So need your advice .
Your advice can help me take a good decision at this point .

Hi, any idea as to when the new IIMs shortlist will be out ? As per IIM Trichy's website, it was due on 22nd Jan, 2014. But so far, nothing 😐
I have been shortlisted for IIML PGP-ABM . But i don't want to go for these course. And for new IIMs the average score of GD-PI of old IIMs will be considered. So if i didn't fill up the form would i get 0 in GD-PI ???

CAT13 OA: 99.20, X:92(ICSE), XII:92(AP State Board) and grad 7.5 from a top 10 engg. college (2013 pass out). I have a job offer from MuSigma which Ill have to join in mid-Feb. I have calls from IIM S,K,new IIMs, IIFT and will get calls from FMS, SP Jain and MDI.
