Please refer to the document stating the criteria this year. HRM calls are profile based.Final calls will depend on where you relatively stand in comparison to all the applicants.The calls for HRM were given in the ratio of 1:40 last year.

3.The placements for PGDHRM 2012-14 are going on.Please refer to the summerplacement report 2012-14 for further information.

4.IIM Ranchi is the only IIM offering PGDHRM course. The first batch has a strength of 38 and the second batch has a strength of 43.

5.Your location for WAT/PI will depend on what preferances you have given on

the CAT form / PGDHRM form (if asked for).

I am working as a characterization engineer. Full on electronics. Its a core job. I did my B.Tech in Electronics and communication.

So will my work experience not be considered ? I was worried when i noticed "Relevant work experience" . Please clarify

If doing MBA this year is not a compulsion, I would suggest you to give one more attempt next year.


It's very difficult to get a decent college at your score. I hope you don't want to do MBA just for the sake of doing it. Cheers.. !!

Can someone rank this colleges TAPMI,IMI-Delhi,IMT-G,KJ Somaiya,Great Lakes....Got OA:96.82 with 90+ sectionals...I find PG rankings differ by a huge margin from others such as TIME and other coaching institutes...
