Hi Everyone,


I am giving my first shot at CAT this year. I have some doubts about some B-Schools posting a relatively low CAT cut off score to get a call. Can anyone please throw some light on this?
My profile is as below. What should the CAT score that I should be aiming for to get a call from any of the IIMs or any top B-School like S.P.Jain, MDI, Great Lakes, etc...?
Class 10 : 78.22% (ICSE)
Class 12 : 77.50% (Karnataka PU board)
Graduation : 74.5% (B.E. Mechanical - VTU, Belgaum)
Work Experience : 2 Years in Core Mechanical design domain

Please help me out. It has always been a dream for me to get into one of the prestigious B-Schools in India....

All those of who have given their CATs. How did Pagalguy mocks compare with the actual exam ? With my CAT and many others' CAT at least a week away, do you guys think a brush up of PG's 8 mocks will help us ? Or were PG mocks, harder than actual CAT ? (I found it pretty hard 😃 )

Please shed some light here.

Hey Guyz,

I have my CAT exam on 1st Nov.I left my job and prepared for this exam, worked hard for past two months. But as the D day is soon to arrive, i have lost all my interest in studies ! :(
I am afraid cuz this one might be the first and the last attempt. M losing all the confidence i had in me. :(
