If i apply for marketing then i want to know that what are my chances for selection when compared to a fresher or somebody already experience in marketing. Also during placements whether my chances will be like fresher for marketing jobs? and my pay package will be like fresher neglecting my current salary and exp in IT sector? So shud i do MBA in IT or Marketing since i m interested in marketing profile. i am in dilemma. Please help
