guys help me out..i think dis will become a major problem fr all..dates clashing...the dates of snap and tiss are clashing..its 15th december for both...will any of the colleges change their dates??should i fill the forms of both the colleges despite of the dates clashing????

Can the Disability Certificate be obtained from reputed private hospitals recognised by Govt?
Or only Govt Hospitals can issue it?
I'm asking as here in Mangalore the Govt Hospital issues certificates only once a week and that too docs do not turn up for duty.
