Anyone checked one52.com?How is it?After a recent article on PG by them I did try their free mocks & found them good to begin practice with.What I want to know is if it's worth 600 bucks?
Giving CAT this year. I am confused whether i should take a leave from Aug till CAT exam ( 2.5 months ). last tym i scored 91 percentile and this tym scoring around 70-80 percentile in mocks . I m not confident this tym as well. Though i m studying @nights form 2-3 hrs but i am not satisfied. Also i am not sure whether going back to home would be fruitful and whether the company would accept such a long medical leave.
So Confused . Damn

Hi to all the fellow members. I am fairly new to this site and world of b schools too. I have certain queries which i need help on.Any help would be really appreciated. I have just started preparing for CAT 13 , now i know i only have 3 months while students take 1 year or so to prepare. I am a chartered accountant by profession and i have an exp of 1.5 years in a CA firm (not big four). I am from non maths background and i have fairly low scores in high school as i was not into acads at that that point of tym ( 10th : 65% 12th :57%) but i cleared CA in first attempts ( i guess i started njoyin acads). I am looking for a boost to my career so i have decided to pursue MBA, but only top 20 b schools is my aim. So my questions are :
1. With the fairly low scores in 12th and 10th can i think of being selected in top b schools..?
2. Can i prepare well for CAT 13 with the ltd time left...?
3. how much weightage is given to school marks by b schools...?
4. is my CA qualification and work-ex is at all considered anywhere in addmission process..?
i know its a long question... but i need help please....
which all colleges release admission forms b4 CAT and which are the ones that must be applied for? (by an average student)

I just got to know that SPJIMR goes for profile based selections. I have cleared RDC in NCC which is a good achievement but i will have an aggregate of 75-80 in graduation. So would applying for the colg be a good decision? Provided that there are very little seats available for freshers.

Hi friends, with the following profile i wanted to know which bschools in the country shoud i look forward to..
10th 83.38%
12th 78.28%
Grad 68.2%
And extra curricular(with particulars) :- Certi for 1st prize in duet dance compn (college level)
Attemptd CAT 2012 (3-4 months half-hearted preparation) and got 90 percentile.
What should be my strategy for now and which bschools to target?

hey i am frm kolkata-wbut (engineering)... what should i fill in my graduation % column in????? i have got my dgpa..... should i mention it (dgpa-0.75) * 100 or simply dgpa*10.. my dgpa is 7.71 .... i have found no proper methods or definite rules for dgpa in wbut.... having mixed views....
p.s- pls enlighten me regarding this.... m cnfused.... WBUT students pass out ones help me out.....
