hello guys on which date it is better to take cat 2013..!!! from October 16 to November 11 ??..a bit confused 😞 will there be a variation in questions in starting days or is it fine to take on last date itself.. ??

CMAT is held twice a year...So is it necessary to give both the exams or giving any one will suffice ? Please answer asap, the registrations for CMAT are now open....
WHat is the procedure for selection in FMS for CW Category ?? How is the cut off (if set) for this category ??
Is the work ex provided during the registration of CAT is considered for the IIMs and other B-Schools??
Because The work ex will increase almost to 6 months when the actual results are out and GD/WA-PI of different schools are held and that will make a huge difference when profiling is done....

Hello puys I have a doubt. I have lost touch of mathematics as I did not have it for 2-3 years and hence I am not that good with Maths now also I don't really have good basics. Do you think I can make it in CAT 2013 if I Start now. I am planning to join TIME in a day or two. Just need you help. I was graduated in 2012 and worked in TCS for 6 Months but couldn't continue to family issue. Do you think TIME can help me improve and crack CAT ? Thanks
OK, this might sound silly but I need to ask you all out there who have given CAT previously.
IMO, if we give exam on sat/sun (especially sun) then there are chances that we are surrounded by cat-marauders ( job-ex, serious candidates etc who would have taken sat/sun on purpose).This might have an effect on relative scoring for that day.

A) 4
B) 5
C) 3

I think all numbers from 0 to 9 can be represented for getting a number divisible by 10.
For xample 2^5 - 2 = 30, or even 2^1 - 2= 0 and 3^5 - 3 = 240 .. all are divisible by 10. This is from TIME booklet. Kindly point out if I have messed it up somewhere..

I have a silly doubt.
7 different objects must be divided among 3 people. In how many ways can this be done if one or two of them can get no objects? (a)15120 (b)2187 (c)3003 (d)792
Now, the solution says that each object can be distributed in 3 ways and hence answer is 3^7.It's the same answer if the phrase "if one or two of them can get no objects"is not there. Why is that?
How would the answer would change if the question changed like this
(i) 7 different objects must be divided among 3 people. In how many ways can this be done if *one of them* can get no objects?
(ii)7 different objects must be divided among 3 people. In how many ways can this be done if *all of them* can get no objects?
(iii)7 different objects must be divided among 3 people. In how many ways can this be done one or two of them*must* get no objects?
