No number of tests can be said to be sufficient. So, its absolutely your take. You may add one more series time permitting.

Yes, you can choose any test center within the city u have enrolled in.

I have seen people clear CAT and get into an IIM even with no test series, or with 1 test series....and also have seen many not getting into any even after enrolling for 3....so it totally depends on u....don't pressure yourself with the number. 😃
