Any responsibility at personal level, be it helping in your family business, leading a football team, running a debate club, Founding member of an NGO, etc.

Yes, you will be allowed to choose your interview city if you are shortlisted.

However, there is no space to provide professional achievements in the form (There is a Responsibilities tab in the Work Experience Section). Yes, you can use that box to mention these achievements. However, considering the 50 word constraint, I would also suggest the use of the versatility section to mention these achievements (that is if they throw light on some sort of versatile skills)
I have achievements in the field of sports at all levels i.e National , State, University and Corporate. As each of the achievements are in a different level, do I have to mention each separately, or I can in the same Activity?
Am asking this because we have to select the level for each activity and we can enter a max of only 5 activities.

Since there is a cap of 5 activities, I would suggest that you mention one best achievement in each category. For example, if you are mentioning sports, mention the national level achievements. You may make a mention of the other sports related achievements in the description box provided. Hope this helps!

2. Online start up can be shown in work ex if you were involved on a full time basis.

In the versatility section after filling the activity name, interest, proficiency, level etc, the "brief description" area requires description of that particular event only(for which rank,level etc has been filled)or a description about the overall interest in that particular activity would be okay too?
Mention a description of that activity first (if required) and if you have space left feel free to mention overall interest.

I have been playing the acoustic drum kit for the past 7 years and am a part of a band that frequently plays at numerous places in Pune..I don not have a certificate for this..However i have newspaper clippings for the same..Can I mention this under the versatility section though there is no certificate?Also as a child I used to play the tabla but do not pursue it anymore..I have certificates for this to show..Can I mention this under versatility though i do not pursue it anymore?
