To what extent does the academic profile matters?

My profile is as follows:-

10th = 78%

12th = 84%

Graduation= 68.4%.

I have some doubt in the form filling process. Please help me out

1) Does working for your own startup will be counted as work-ex ?

2) Can we include JEE and AIEEE ranking in academic achievements?

3) I taught 2 months in a village to around 100-150 kids near my town but I don't have a certificate for it. We took up the classes as sort of free coaching. Can I include it in my versatility section?

4) Can I mention failed startup projects somewhere ?

Hello Seniors ! My name is Mayank and I have a few queries -

1. By what month does the SP JAIN 2 Year PGDM course start (I am planning on giving CFA L-1 in June and I don't want it to clash with the MBA program)

2. From what specializations (Fin/Marketing/Ops/IM) do general management companies like Mahindra/TAS usually recruit from and generally how many people are offered such roles ?
