Hi all,


cases that were discussed in today's CD sessions were:-

(1)4 people of the software company see that another 4 laterals who joined the company jst now....with work ex may b same or 1 or 2 months less have got a better package...
as a member of HR team please provide the reason of this to the employees & try to convinve them not to resign..

(2)The Government of India has tried to implement Direct Cash Transfer in Delhi and other states but it has not been a success. Could you please share the reasons and steps the government should follow for proper implementation..

Hi guys, My joining letter is misplaced, and I can't get the work experience certificate in time. Can I send the first and last salary slips instead? Also do the salary slips need to be attested? They are electronically generated. Please reply soon.

@manas222 I got a mail from nmims shortlisting me for the hr program as well whereas previously I had been shortlisted for just ftmba
Is it ok if I do not appear for the hr interview which is scheduled at 9. I have already booked my flight tickets and I reach mumbai at 11 .
will my not sttending the hr interview have any bearing on the ftmba program?
