@shubhamchandra exact preference: 1)MBA core is my only preference AND i got shortlisted for FTMBA and HR..THE filled preferences were MBA(BM),MBA(CAPITAL),MBA(hr)
you filled your preference as BM, Capital markets and HR.. You didn't choose MBA Core as your preference..
I am sorry, but you didn't apply for MBA Core program at all
I can tell you what I do for SOP.. I try to relate my past(why I chose engg) and then my present(company m working with) and related it with my future goals.. SOP means, Why you chose a particular option and what makes you suitable for it.. This is my opinion...
@shubhamchandra MBA was written there in preferences ,but not MBA(CORE),so i left that..but i have got call for FTMBA
FTMBA means full time MBA program(Core, BM and CM) CORE name is now dropped and mba core is written as MBA only.. When you didn't find MBA Core, you should have asked any of the seniors or Admissions helpdesk
Interview on the 18th with reporting time 1 pm...leaving from Kolkata..anyone else with the same date?
@shubhamchandra : The case discussion would involve multiple candidates like GD or on a one-to-one basis..
Also, is there any format for the SOP...like should be handwritten or print out will work...I guess this is the only document along with the attested documents mentioned and demand draft

You also have to send CD/PI call letter.. SOP no format, you can choose whichever you want to write.. Be ready to justify what u hv put in there..
CD is happening for the first time, it will be with multiple and they might judge your participation and case analysis.. Ask your coaching institute to prepare you if they can..
10th-95.2 12th-93.8 B.Tech(EEE)-78.6 Work ex - 18 months NMAT Scores: TOTAL-218 CD/PI Slot-14th Feb 1 pm Preferences-MBA/MBA(BM) Anyone from Bangalore has the same date - 14th feb in Mumbai ?
=> There'll be just one CDPI for MBA Core/Banking & Capital Markets.
=> There'll be a separate CDPI for MBA HR
=> All those who want to change their preferences can do so at the time of CDPI
=> It's better to choos HR as one of preference. Since, you have another chance to appear for CDPI where as for MBA Banking,Core & Capital markets there i just one combined CDPI
Hey Puys, does anyone have any idea about how do they calculate that 70% weightage from our raw NMAT score ? And also, what is the word limit for our SoP (If any) ?@sarthakroz@GranTurismo@dhinkachika@akritee ?
