I have been provisionally shortlisted for the nift situation test 2015 in the B.DES category.I haven't quite understood it actually.Does it mean that my chances of getting selected are bleak?Is it based on a merit list?And what about the counselling session?Is it held after the situation test?I didn't get the whole thing in the first place.

I know this is all about the MFM program,but I am genuinely in a fix right now and i could really really use some expert advise.
