I think rome123 is right... if they are going to add qualification and exp in final marks... then it should be clearly told in the advt of nicl but this is not the case. there was simply written that overall performance in written and interview will determine one's merit... so they should simply add the two...
If weightage of written is going to be added then it should be mentioned in advt ... But I also do not know the right way... what they will do?
If any one wants to know he/she may consider to file an RTI....

But.. yes.. in the case of tie ... PSUs and govt organisations place more qualified and aged candidates first in the merit list.

Trust me, NO BODY knows this. Only the people from NICL can tell.
in advertisment it is clearly mentioned that final merit will be prepared on the basis of written and interview score aggregate. and regarding the salary it would be around 30 k and lease will be given for house rent and for delhi its around 20 k per month thanksss...
