Niacl AO allowances apart from salary. 1.) Rs 1200 payable halfyearly for newspaper i.e Rs 200 per month. 2.) Rs 13300 payable yearly in the 1 st week of December -medical benefit on declaration basis. 3.) Depending on agency manager function allotted or any marketing function.-mobile phone usage reimbursement Rs 600 or Rs 1000 monthly. 4.) Leave encashment -15 days in a block of two years..Half of monthy Basic, HRA, CCA,DA is payable in case of encashment. Block year is even odd for officers example 2018-2019 is a block year 5) LTS reimbursement in a block of 2 years.. 2 nd AC fare for Max 3000 kms one side journey is reimbursed.
Promotion policy for officers: You can apply through fast track channel for scale 1 to 2 when you have minimum associateship qualification of III... Associateship will only make you eligible but fellowship will increase your chances as numbers given to fellowship qualification is more. Also minimum 3 years of completed service counts...example if u join in December 2019 then December 2019 to 31 st March 2020 will not count.. each completed year is counted from 1 st April to 31 st March ..so in this case 1 st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 is 1 st completed year of service... 1 st April 2021 to 31 st March 2022 is 2nd year of completed service ....1 st April 2022 to 31 st March 2023 will be 3 Rd completed year off service... So the candidate will be eligible to apply after 31 st March 2023 provided he has completed associateship....

Koi youtube channel jisse maths k concept clear ho jaye aur kam time mein zyada questions kar sake.. Maths mein bohot time lagta hai mujhe aur puzzles bhi jaldi nahi ban pati.. Kisi ko koi accha channel pata ho to batao.
