Is there anyone who is working in niacl as AO.. as someone said me that for this exam English plays an important role.. they select candidates who r good in descriptive writting.. is that true?? Coz my English is not too good.. m also out from IBPS po mains.. now this is the only option for me.. pls advise me so that I can prepare accordingly.. thanks

I just have one genuine message t OK every job seeker of this group ,this is one of the best job you will come cross their are plenty of other insurance company as well but new India,new India h..these are word of a friend of mine who left Niacl and join uric, even when I got selected in oriental (asst) I had a chat with their regional manage of dehradun ro he told me not to quit job just because of bad posting.. AO is simply the best that company can offer. Pros: Very less work pressure. 10-5 job that too kab aare ho kab jaareho koi puchta nahi untill unless you are in RO/Lcbo Very handsome pay plus if you indulge yourself in insurance sector you will earn like maniac will have no count.. Leaves hamesha available h.. (98%) Sat/sun off New India is great company senior the care of their staff even in case of blunders as well... Cons:: Won't be having good infrastructure Like in bank(cabins/nice table etc) Plenty of time for everything in life Work life sorted far better than banks/lic(target job) .. This is 39 months of experience that I have given above...stop. comparing and start preparing.. Good luck

Hai guys.. last year niacl ao mains cut off was 99.25 for UR. And the final cut off(written+interview) was 51.10 out of 100 . This means though the weightage of written and interview is 80:20 , Interview plays a vital role in the final selection. Many of the candidates got less than 10 marks in intw.. Even some of them did not get even pass mark of 8 out of 20...
