Jisko Jisko lagta h ki normalization bahut tagda hoga woh samajh lo hoga lekin itna tagda nhi ki shift 2 wale 10 number extra paa jayenge. Just 3-4 marks badh sakte h shift 2 ke usse zyada nhi. NIACL Assistant m bhi same hi the 4 marks ka normalization hua tha maximum.

normalization mark can be roughly the diff of avg marks between shifts, given this difference is the same as the difference of 0. 1% topper's marks between shifts. Eg: 10 marks diff. Of avg marks n also toppers marks only then norm can be +/-10. And norm mark will be high when shifts are less In number and toughness between shifts is significant
