why am i not receiving pg notifications..missing some posts..that facebook-like notification is numberless...urggggh
Some goals are so worthy that its glorious even to fail.....came across ds beautiful line again n filled vd proud dat atleast i appeared in nabard mains(such a unique exam ds time)....bt den my frnd phoned me n asked -"wats goin on ,wat abt job n exams?" i proudly said dat i gave nabard recently....n den my frnd said "wats nabard...?" n i ws like should i give a punch on my frnd's face....:D i think dese it ppl wont understand d world f govt jobs specialy abt such elite organisations.. but still dere is a question in my mind..ppl knw quite well abt rbi but nt about nabard.....why?

NABARD Grade A, B Manager Job Profile and responsibilities
After cracking NABARD Recruitment Process, you will receive a confirmation call from National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. There is a mandatory training period during which you are explained your job role and responsibilities.
At the end of this probation period, you are confirmed at one of the Regional Banks of NABARD. As an Assistant Manager/ Manager, you will not possess decision making power at the initial stage. Initially, you need to perform basic operations to understand what various job posts have to offer. Even clerical tasks will be in your job responsibilities.
As you learn the basics and understand the important functions and operations, you will be assigned bigger tasks.
When we talk about the work culture of NABARD, gear up to do some heavy lifting. It is expected from the Asst. Manager/ Manager to hold the fort in every situation. Even after earning decision making power, there will always be some clerical work assigned to you. But, you get to work only weekdays Monday to Friday and as per fixed timings, so relax.
NABARD Grade A, B Manager Salary and Pay Scale
The Basic Pay and Pay Band set for Asst. Manager and Manager in NABARD is as follows.
- NABARD Grade A Officer (Asst. Manager) draws a basic pay of Rs. 17,100/- p.m.in the scale of 17100-1000(11) - 28100-EB- 1000(4)- 32100-1100(1)- 33200.
- NABARD Grade B Officer (Manager) draws a basic pay of Rs. 21,000/- p.m. in the scale of 21000-1000(9) - 30000-EB- 1000(2) - 32000-1100(4) - 36400.
The In-Hand Salary set for both Posts is as follows.
- NABARD Asst. Manager: Rs. 43,183/- p.m.
- NABARD Manager: Rs. 54,970/- p.m.
Apart from the fixed salaries, the allowances/ benefits/ perks are
- Telephone: Rs. 1000/-
- News Paper: Rs. 1000/-
- Maid: Rs. 2000/-
There are numerous other allowances which an Asst. Manager/ Manager in NABARD can cash-in.

A friend of mine whose friend's dad is working at NABARD got an info that there will be no nabard recruitment for 2-3 years after this.is there any truth in this statement? It's a genuine doubt.Please don't abuse or anything. -_-
