Those who are worried about general seats taken by reserved candidates..i want to tell you how reserved candidates get general seat; Its all depend upon preference..maan lo agr san sc wale ne BOB bhra first..or general me b bob hai kaffi jano ka first..pr general me bob ki bhr chukki seats kynki jitne bob seats general thi usse zada marks honge.. pr agr general ki seats uske marks ke hisaab se nhi bhri and he falls in the merit of general to wo seat usko mil jaegi..nhi to SC me hi milegi.. So preference matters a lot..

I want to answer to those who are creating un-necessary raukus about cut off going above 67 and capturing of unreserved seats by reserved category people,
First off all, IBPS is not a fool and it takes care of everything. It has selected 1:2.66 candidates from respective categories as per the alloted vacancy.There are only 2466 candidates to choose from for 946 seats.Now, cming to cut offs, here hardly 150 candidates are participating in polls so to draw conclusion from this meagre sample is innacurate. I bet there are hardly 150-200 candidates above 60 so still around 250 seats are there to grap for the rest. It's also a fact that there has never ever been in the history of IBPS where cut offs have gone beyond minimum written + 20+, I remind you, I am talking about IBPS not RRB so in my opinion, the final cut off will be 65-67. Take it for granted.
There is a chance for everyone , Interview marks is going to play a major role this time as cut off for all the categories are quite similar , hope for the best....all the best to all of you

it's my journey after completing MBA ...i appeared for ICICI po twice and managed to get job but din't join because of bond and my aim for public sector banks (sense of acievement...so, i left many jobs in my placement too.so i started by ibps clerk and got qualified in 1st attempt itself,so i brimmed with confidence and decided to stick to these exams and left it upon time.i qualified almost all the exams except ibps po that year under general category.
I hated reservations and never supported it.my thoughts were to give advantage according to income not caste.so even if i was an obc i never listened to my parents in this matter.I qualified under obc category in 2014 itself in sbi asso po,but din't change my mind.thus many exams came and i got rejected by a margin of points.three years of struggle and personal problems etc i survived and i stood there confidently.last year when i got 53.75 and obc cutoff was 51.5 and got real hard scoldings from my parents and a deadline.i realised i have to put aside my ego and beliefs ,so this is the first time i applied from obc category.and i can't express my feelings because this might be the last exam and i won't get more time.
so please tell me have i been a fool all this time??

In all the previous year exams, any one who gets around 12 more than the cut off out of 200 in written along with a decent interview had a good chance of being selected. If one converts this out of 80, it comes to around a score of 4.8 more than the cut off out of 80. So guys with a decent interview along with this, should have a fair enough chance of getting selected. Is the analysis right? Any thoughts?
Guys ek baat clear nahi hai scorecard mein likha hai minimum cutoff for provisional shortlisting of interview for pk is 23.25 but total cutoff for pk is 46.8 . But iI got 29.25 ie ×1.6=46.8. but 23.25 is ×1.6=37.2 . Toh yeh kya scene hai...kya 37.2 ko bhi 46.8 consider kiya hai kya??
