As ment/ioned in notification "other than IT posts: certificate as proof for IT as one of the subject in college/degree/institute " that means we have to produce CMM of ug or mba .is it right.puys who have attended interview please reply
My interview experience..mine was 2nd no in the morning.i was not feeling well but i managed to overcome my weakness and nervousness just before entering the panel room.i knew this was my last chance.so I with all the courage wished them good morning and happy international womens day.then introduction and marketing related questions like changing world environment and steps to adapt that,early adapters,laggards,launching a product,advertising,after mba what did i do,then hobbies and my weakness and 2 or3 questions more.
My intrw exp. andhrabank HYDERABAD ,panel.4 1.Whre u r from? 2.What is ur father? 3.Why u hav done frm these years(2yrs gap)? 4.Where u hav an a/c?( my a/c. hdfc) 5.Then if postd in andhrabank HW u approach corporate current accounts?(even after both r providing same n a/c, netbnkng, loan facility)? 6.Wht abt ur past (pharmacy)company? 7.what is a company? Difference between company & propreitorship? 8.Do u encuorage digital marketing in phamasector? 9.what is the trending issue regarding banking?(min.Bal issue) 10.RBI and it's functions? 11.sebi and it's functions? 12.what is capital market? Panel r encouraging but cross questions are of high end...the members before also felt the same...hardly managed to some extent...hopeing for the bestonly gu thing is met @karnamrajesh of pg, BT unable to talk much becoz I'm hurry on coming...lastly felt it is below avg.intrw fr my side...let's hope fr best and all d best ur friends, who r gng attend....HW is my intrw

guys i have read in so many post that if you are getting above 62 in written=you are selected, point8*62=49.6 then even if a candidate gets 14 on 20 in interview=total score=63.6, my point is how he/she has cleared the final cut off?? koi batao bhailog
Last year's Analysis regarding cutoff { gen categ }
total wtd score = 89.88 /200
89.88/200 * 80 =35.95
that means 35.95 +20 = 55.95
BUT
final cutoff for allotment { after intv } = 55.30
So all those who are expecting 70+ cutoff ,,, plzzzzzzzzzzz !!!!!!!!!!!! 🙈 👍 :p
