Everybody is so confident...except me..i gave this interview 2 times before still i can't think about bond and resignation.all i think about is how to get in the final list...ho to jaye pehle fir apne aap raasta khul jaega.
If anybody will fail to produce obc certificate as per format, he will be disqualify or come under general category ?
when i gave first tym i was really nervous and constantly used i think in my sentences..i went blank and couldn't find any other starting line.one panel member even asked me not to be nervous and started to ask one after another questions in order to make me more uncomfortable.the first question they asked me about any pooja in republic day parade standing beside barack obama.then there were questions from my subjects in graduations which you can never expect in specialist..i was even asked law questions.i was asked case studies ans swot analysis.as i don't have any work experiences.They asked questions about women empowerment and asked me to speak about about 5 mins. they were adamant to make me feel constant pressure whrere they expected me to give up.i fought for more than 15 mins and finally i was out of that small room where i was feeling claustrophobic.......i never expected this kind of helplessness from within.i cried while walkin down the road.i thought i will get the least marks but wen marks came i was happy that i had got 11 marks.
75 Marks out of 80 is only the safe score for general......LoL.(My new prediction- After seeing lots of posts here from few days) ...God bless all .....
Second interview was okay..neither good nor bad. i enterd the room confidently but after getting various qustions from schemes i got a little nervous again as i forgot the essential points however i managed to remain calm and answered cooly.i was asked about my performance in written and what all things i did during these years after mba.i was asked about marketing concepts like brand equity ..how yo position a produuct ,...about a case study regarding home loan and all.i don't remember all of it.
Is it necessary to present a certificate stating our Major and Minor specialization in IBPS marketing Interview?
plss let me know i m very tensed...I have amarksheet of both my graduation and MBA but the degress of the two also i cannot get the provisional also as it has been a more than a year of completing my both the studies.......what will happen now wat i need to do now plsss let me knw
Actually in interview call letter they have mentioned as below, then is it mandatory to produce all degree provisional certificate
(b)Marksheets for each semester/year/Consolidated marksheet or Degree/PG/Professional Certificate in support of having obtained the relevant educational qualification stipulated for the post.― In case of Rajbhasha Adhikari, marksheets of all the semesters/years are required. The date of passing the examination which is reckoned for eligibility will be the date of passing appearing on the marksheet/provisional certificate/final certificate. No other document shall be accepted as valid for reckoning the eligibility date for prescribed educational qualification.
In case of dual specialisations for posts (as mentioned in the notification) please provide the necessary proof that the major specialisation conforms to the requisite eligibility prescribed for the post.

I jabe mba degree n marketing both but graduation only consolidated (1 marksheet in which all semesters marks are give) and provisional instead pf degree , will this be ok?

Below statement is directly copied from IBPS CWE SPL VI adv Pg no.6 :
"VI. All tests other than Professional Knowledge Test shall be qualifying and marks obtained in such tests shall not be added for merit listing for interview."
Shall we still consider 46.8 or shall we consider 37.2 (23.25 X 1.6) as the cutt off for gen cat..?
