are bhai og, manager(IT) ka exam hua tha AAI ka result ka ky ahua.exam to online hua tha ...itna late kyon
As a courtesy the AAI should "atleast" convey the reason for delay in publishing the 02/2015 results.. UNFORTUNATE
hi friends.
i am a pagalguy member since 2013 and keep on reading forums silently. since i am reading many queries regarding experience etc. i want to clarify that when an organisation says 2 yrs experience in the executive cadre, it means that they require people having similar post and salary as proposed for the said post. since in manager post basic pay is 24900, it means people working in PSU, Semi govt, Central govt should be in the same pay scale and they are only eligible to apply. People in pvt sector need to have a managerial post experience with CTC not less than 10 lacs.
Example-Clerk in Central govt has basic Rs 7600 including grade pay. it means he cannot apply for this managerial post.
P.S- I am working as Officer HR in a PSU.

Dear aspirants advt.02/2012 and 02/2015, Today I met Member HR, He has assured me that the result of the exams conducted in the month of January will be declared in coming days. He said within 15 days from today our marked answers will be uploaded on AAI website. I discussed with him regarding Experience required for the recently advt posts. From the discussion it emerged that the required experience should be in the field for which one is applying. For government employees officer can be at different scales but he must be an officer if it has been asked in the advertisement. For private he couldn't himself give me satisfactory answer. May be some clarity regarding this is given in coming days but I am not sure about it. What I feel from the discussion is that nothing is certain at present. So if you feel your experience will be a valid one so go ahead and apply. ALL THE STATEMENTS MADE BY ME ABOVE ARE BASED ON VERBAL DISCUSSION WITH MEMBER HR. SO I DONT TAKE GUARANTEE FOR ANYTHING.
