If you are really enthusiastic about Agriculture field, then first apply to State Universities of Agriculture. Every state has at least and UP has 4 Agriculture Universities.
Anyway coming to LPU, it is one of most happening campuses. Punjab is famous for Punjabi cuisine but when you come to LPU you find lpu an exception.
LPU is the first private University to get ICAR accreditation.
The faculty is well qualified and most of them are Ph. Ds and provide full support to the students.
The best thing is the University does not compromise with the academics as all the lectures are held and if a faculty wants a leave either the makeup lectures are planned or adjustments are provided for that particular slot.
You read it correctly. You wonât get the good punjabi food within university premises. Non veg and Eggs are not allowed inside campus and now you canât even eat in your room as according to new rules it is restricted. And security system of LPU is equal to that of FBI. haha. seriously your bag will be checked while entering to hostel so you canât take food inside hostel. If you live outside, people are really not friendly. They think every LPU student is billionaire and will loot you in every possible way. Punjabi people you see in movies are totally different than people you find here. Donât expect too much.
