At SIES School of Business Studies a Musical Event “Swar Sangam” in collaboration with the Rotary Club and MRLF (My Retired Life Foundation) was organized on December 3rd, 2022, to honor and celebrate our golden aged people. Esteemed dignitaries from the Institute, Dr Durga Surekha along with Dr AK Sengupta, Mr. Anand Saxena graced the occasion with their presence. The audience witnessed some amazing performances from the MRLF Team as well as the SIESSBS students.
It is often said that “dil toh baccha hai” and SIES is honored to have experienced this from the Swar Sangam event.
A big thank you to all the MRLF members for a wonderful participation. Appreciate the efforts by SIESSBS students as well.

The National Eminence Awards is a unique initiative of the South Indian Education Society. These Awards are presented to various prominent people from public life, who have excelled in their chosen field of activity.
Over the years, the awards function has gained stature and strength.
This year marked the glorious 25 years for these awards for excellence in human endeavours.
The function was scheduled on Saturday, 10th December 2022 at 5.30 pm at Sri Shanmukhananda Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi Auditorium.

The audience included management, staff (teaching & non-teaching), and students across all the colleges of SIES.
It was indeed an enriching experience, just to be around such inspirational individuals and getting to hear from them.
As a business school we inculcate in our students that we should know everything about what’s going on, But as a human being you should know certain techniques which can help other fellow human beings.
On 9th December we welcomed doctors to teach our students about CPR techniques and were allowed to test the knowledge that they preached. We are thankful for the session and many more sessions to come.
Marketing Premier league (MPL) - A platform where students get a chance to “Pitch” their business Idea!!!
The SIES School of Business Studies hosted season 4 of "The Marketing Premier League (MPL).
It was a wonderful opportunity for young minds to showcase their creativity and pitch their business ideas in front of experienced industry experts.
It was a great learning experience for all the students. They got to learn a lot about team building and got some valuable guidance from the panel experts.
EXPERIENCE THE THRILL OF THE GAME : THE MARKETING PREMIERE LEAGUE
India Golden Decade Ahead: “India the golden bird, a history repeating itself” SIES School of Business Studies organised an interactive session with Mr. Denis D’Costa (Senior Vice President Motilal Oswal Asset Management). The session was extremely informative and provided students with a comprehensive understanding of the various investment options, Indian Economy and various growth opportunities in India available in the future. The speaker’s insights and recommendations were valuable, and will help students to make informed decisions and understand the market and economy better.
We were delighted to host our alumnus from the batch 1997, Mr Tarak Ghosh - Vice President, Product Operations and Automation at GHX for an Alumni Interaction Session with our students.
In this interactive session Mr Ghosh emphasized on thinking out of the box and be willing to work really hard. He stressed on learning till the last day of our lives and keeping our feet firmly rooted. He also highlighted that we must keep building our people skills, be agile and consistent to be a great leader.
